I have just spoken to Ian on the phone, he is out of the country at the moment on personal business. Unfortunately he is the only one who can access the server to retrieve Internet Backup data, i have explained the issues and he has said to me that he will get the backup data to you tonight.
We apologise profusely to you all, as you appreciate Ian is the 'techie' side of our partnership and, although i am not totally useless, i do not have his knowledge or experience in IT. He has been held up abroad due to unforseen circumstances and i have dealt with things in his abscence as best i can, we are hoping to be 'back to normal' in the next few days.
One of the issues is that our systems are under a huge strain at present as, for some reason, we have had nearly four months worth of downloads in the last 3 days which i can only assume is someone trying to be damned awkward! This creates problems as we need to track and allocate each download and some of them are genuine trials, added to the fact that i am trying to do this on my own as well causes issues...im not looking for sympathy, just telling you why things are as they are.
Once again we apologise for any difficulties caused and we will get things rectified as soon as possible.
