How much do you charge for cleaning them? Is it so much a metre?

Thanks

4 bed detached, garage alone both sides and extension covering back, £100.

I think I have seen alot of people go on the basis of £5 per meter including gutter work.

When you say gutter work, do you mean cleaning them out?

I charge £5 per metre just to clear the gutters with a polarvak.
£7.50 per metre for outsides and fascia and soffits.

Matt
Reaching parts traditional window cleaners can not reach.

Really. I have seen the £5 pm mentioned alot, I havent ever worked a property out like this, just looked at a job and though what I want. Which is about 40/45 a hour. Although dont know what it will be like doing it now with wfp.

ive decided not to do anymore gutter clearing anymore.crap job and dangerous sometimes off ladders.i will clean outside gutters/fascias/soffits though.

if its a 3 bed semi GUTTER/SOFFITS just front and back then £40-£50.takes about an hour.

if its a 4 bedroom detached more like £80-£90.two hours work.

i price it on roughly £40-£50 an hour.

i think some of your guys are expensive but your probably the southern lot! ;) ;D ;D

im getting some of my regular custys on an annual clean every spring/summer! ;) ;D ;D
price higher/work harder!
