Its all about knocking for best results. Tbh I dont really leaflet unless someone is not in when I knock. I intend of having about 10000 put out over the next six months. But mostly knocking.

It was 78 quid in the day, well just over a hour.

I say start knocking craig.

Well done Ryan, food that your sticking at it. I miss too many days by getting caught up or being a bit lazy...... :-\

ive started to go out in the evening just after 6pm and before 8pm now when its still dark in the evenings, i must admit i was a little scared to but when i did i found out they answer the door as normal and some are chuffed to see you coming too, few of the older ones are a bit funny with door chains and stuff but thats accepted.

Its all good, motivation is the only problem. I want 15 customers this week. That is my target, and I think I will achieve it I achieve it.

I go for private owner houses. Have a few council houses etc and there is no problems with them or payers, just prefer working on the detached's etc.

Have done both and it depends what area you hit, my ideal would be a wife at home as does not need to work, which would mean 9/5 is ideal, does mean knocking more doors but gets the right people in when you speak to them, instead of everyone in and more knock backs. Thick skin is everything

I love canvassing, especially when you come to a house that has really dirty frames and glass. The ones where no one has been in for the other canvassers but they are in when you knock and they need a window cleaner. Yesterday after four hours that happened and it made it all worth wild.

Went out today for about 3 hrs and got 4 new custys and 1 possible. Total = £45.

It was a bit slow to start, but worth the effort. I will be doing some more this week, maybe try some evenings and see how they compare to a Sunday.
The pen is mightier than the sword (and a lot easier to write with!)

I canvass all sorts. council, new build, country houses, town houses.

i normally canvass during normal working hours. If someones windows look dirty and there not in, i pop a leaflet through, and call back a few evenings later...

if it works, dont knock it ;D
