The No call stickers are leaflet dropped  by the local watch committee.

Making many areas a no go area . Half the people forget they have got them on the door as they still buy from Avaon Betterware Kleeneze etc.

Sometimes you just tough it out, or resort to other stratergies such as

leaflet and telephone canvass.
