Duff,

Keep your chin up mate, a similar thing happened to me
4yrs ago,

I was in hospital for 2 wks then had a further 6 wks in a wheelchair
At home and it really is an eye opener,

After 12 months off work and many physio sessions I got bk,

Luckily family kept my round going the best they could and I had
A decent insurance policy to pay my mortgage,

I'm wfp now and have 2 employees,

You are still here as you say mate, put your feet up and I hope you

I have just gone WFP. So told my customers of my change and I was suprised how customers did not think it was a dangerous job.Two ask does it realy happen and when I said yes they did not seam to believe me. Get well soon Mat.

Sorry to hear that mate, hope you get well soon. Every day is a day closer to getting back out there, you just need to fight the boredom.

On a positive note, if you go to Windex, and I would recommend it so you can look at wfp systems, at least you'll stand out in the crowd !! LOL

sorry to hear that mate i decided to go wfp after breaking my back it took about 5 years after the accident before i even knew about wfp but as soon as i did i converted , with the help of my brother i managed to return to work after 3 months off was told i should be off 6 months but i know i would have lost my business

Same happenend to me a couple of years ago, broke my arm & foot. Still have wires in my arm. Could have been alot worse. Changed over to WFP as soon as i could. The way i looked at it was i could have died and for what........£6.00!!!! I hope you make a speedy recovery. Just contact all your customers and let them know your situation, they will be understanding. I phoned all of mine & they were fine. There are alot of vultures out there just waiting. I wish you a speedy recovery.

I understand the reasons why some guys resist going WFP but after reading an account like this it just blows any argument out of the water.
As people have said before me, use this period to plan the future.  And on a positive note.... you won’t have any problems convincing your customers about the benefits of WFP  ;)
