Who will set the exam? more to the point who will decide if your in ot not ?

Does this mean spending more money on another course ? even though i think ive spent enough in the past, if i want to become a member

iit is all a little confusing to me , infact i wouldnt even know how to register, not seen any thing , yet i see members of ciu are already registering , I must have missed some thing :
