Into my 4th year and I set goals for loads of work related items...

Personally I am very anal about stats etc and collect lots of information about the business...I intend to carry on collecting the stats for another 2 full work years then I'll relax the data collection..

This year just want another 37 new customers ontop of the customers I WILL lose..
Once the yearly turnover is achieved then it'll be culling the jobs I don't like doing.

...Keep an eye on everything for the 1st few years it'll enable you to make decisions based on facts and not 'what you think'...

Cheers and good luck.

Dave.
