I dont feel qualified to answer that as I'm a Newbie also.

I bought a Prochem Steempro Powermax from DDR and have found it great but then again others on here will have other opinions

DDR number is 0161 724 4400

Don't worry about were you get the machine from, they are easy to fix usually, however,  there is Dry Fusion/Cleaners Warehouse nr Preston.

Cheers Mark...I was losing suction (on my first ever job aswell :o).
The machine was fine a week before when i practiced on my brothers house.
I rang Alltec and i have sorted the problem.
The waste gate(think that's what you call it) was not closing properly.
If i need any repairs/servicing in future i will be in touch,
i am in Accrington so not too far away...Cheers Dave.
