One month to generate £8k a month of business!Blimey, how many people has he got working for him.If legit then £12k is peanuts.Unfortunately like most things in life, when something seems too good to be true it normally is.

Here is an interesting one.http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Window-Cleaning-Business-49-shares-32-000-t-o-pa_W0QQitemZ250562945127QQcategoryZ2992QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp4340.m263QQ_trkparmsZalgo%3DSIC%26its%3DI%26itu%3DUCI%252BIA%252BUA%252BIEW%252BFICS%252BUFI%26otn%3D10%26ps%3D63
Yeah I would struggle to do half that in a month I think, unless very well priced.A nice problem to have though.Doesn't ring true when you consider how much rounds are selling for.Rounds are generally selling for 3-4 monthly income at least so I would personally keep half the round and sell half for £12-£16k.Can't see if being that simple somehow.
