Been doing a lot of quoting this week, but not actually earning....

If i put fuel reciepts through the books, will it look a bit suspect to accountant/taxman that ive been shelling out for fuel, but not putting any earnings in?

Ie, they might think i been using van for personnal use?

I think its still classed as work,in it?
I had a guy working for me from the dole office,
There was not much work for him ,just leaflet droppin etc..... they still called it work mate.....
But id wait to c wot other guys say ,just incase

Just record on the back of the receipt what the expenses was for and when or if you get challenged you'll have a legitimate answer...it's not unreasonable use is it.

does the taxman know about your private club the Winchester ?  I bet not
