Just diluted juice normally.

If i want to work quicker / im running a little behind, i have a cheap energy drink.

Or if the customer is offering, then a coffee

ON the luco  bottle it says "gives you the physical edge " , i agree it is good .

1.5 to 2ltr of water a day, hydration is very inportant even in the winter. i find energy for me comes from good diet. My hourly earnings go up when banana`s are involved

flask of tea year round but more water/squash in summer.also i take coffee if offered when working.
sometimes in summer i will take some orange squash that ive had in the freezer all night and then ive got an ice cold drink on hot days that last all day!! ;) ;) ;D

They do say milk is better than water to hydrate you, as apart from the high water content it also has salts and proteins etc.

I drink water.

Energy drinks or coffee are both diuretics, they force urination and dehydrate you.
