the only wat to stop condensation is vent it
you need a airflow
like a trickle vent in your house windows
keep your dashboard vents open

I have a vent in the roof and I still get condensation in the back of van

you need more vent then

It doesn't help matters whem humidity levels are at or around 100%. Mind you with the low temperatures that we are getting or late, it's not condensationinside the van, it's ice.
