Got a call,8 50 sunday morning. I answers it, it's a custie askin me not to bother doing windows this week cos o the forecast. Bless 'er, after years of drinking, i think it's finally caught up with her. So I says "no worries, see you in the new year" Done her neighbour today...ten minutes later she passes me in the street with a fiver. I asked her what she was paying me for. She says"the windows". I says "but you called me Sunday morning, asking me not to bother, bla bla bla." She says......."Did I? Noooooooooo, i wouldn't do that. It must have been Will, my husband." If you want to back and clean them, then that's fine with me" I explained that i didn't have time to go back. "Well have the fiver for a christmas box" she says. Speechless.

Don't wish that on me lol. She aint even old. 60ish. I lost my dad at 51 to booze and by christ, did he lose his marbles towards the end. He couldn't remember to buy himself a packet of fAgs. They say it kills off the grey matter  ::)
