smooth day!!!

great when i get days like today in winter!finished the work i had scheduled to do.albeit the last hour in the rain.most custys paid me,2 brews,£20 in xmas tips and picked up 2 small conny roof jobs £50 each!also put a custys price up £3 no problem!conny roofs im savin up for spring next year then when ive got 10 or so blitz them off in a couple of days!! ;) ;)
price higher/work harder!

do the customers not mind having to wait till spring to have their conny roofs done?
better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove any doubt

no trevor!they know i struggle to do my window cleaning in winter!these are custys ive been doing for years!every spring and summer i get a load of my regulars wanting them done.usually once every year or 2.they know this is the time i can fit them in!.same with gutter jobs unless there really desperate to have them done! ;D ;D ;D

And now that you have a plan you are more settled. I though your 6k sketch was excellent, i hope you can get the money.I didn't like the cheaper halfway options. You will of course also have more time to do extras.

no way our kids gona lend me 6grand for a van/WFP slumpbuster!ill just have to save up for it myself!i should be able to save £500 a month without skinting myself quite comfortably!ive done 15 yrs trad so another year is nothing.ive already got a much improved business just gotta keep working at it!itll be worth it in the end!! ;D ;D

yes custys asked me about the roofs and would i clean them when ive got time(in the spring!)mike! ;)

so it will take you a year to save and change over?

i am planning to switch 100 % in june

in reality sean yes!im doin ok trad and use extension poles a lot for the dangerous stuff.ive paid ALL my debts off now.so i start the year off with a clean slate!ill just work towards it slowly but steadily!ill get there in the end!! ;D ;D

why dont you use a trailer cheap enough to pick up and get you started.?????????????????

can always move onto a van if not happy with trailer
