Like a short furry lining, no stink at all, the ones I got from omnipole came with a pair of cotton liner gloves which when used together keep hands even warmer, but obviously bulk things up again. I just use them on their own now the cotton glover worn out.

great i snagged my 5mm scuba gloves today :( so its looking a little grim

no lol... its just that one minute i am reading about the best gloves around, so i think oh i will get some... then someone else comes on and says they are rubbish.

must say the joka ones do look impressive though.
