ok mate, its very important that the connections are correct, as you can see in the pic the waste pipe is on the upper outlet and should be on the lower outlet.

Tom I have just thought, can you disconnect the water supply and unscrew the caps of the RO membranes, check that there's a membrane in each of membranes cases.

im a bit concerned as i have read the instruction installed it. However the instruction say its supose to be easy well my tds keeps going up and down now im well baffeled now this thing is starting to do my head in. Are you using a hand held tds meter or inline? Could it be the tds meter.?

It might even be a bad batch of membranes.

But Tom just check that they have put both membranes in.

Would i be right in saying the first 250 litres or whatever should go straight down the drain, as the reading is usually quite high for a while? Or shall i just keep out of it?  :)

Tom like I said on the phone mate, it was pure because the resin was doing most of the work, and now its been depleted the TDS reading is getting higher.

Pole2pole you are meant to flush it for a minimum of 2 hours.
IMO Toms membranes seems to be knackered or one maybe missing.
