Ian I am off to Portugal 3 weeks on Thursday, I am counting the days now lol.
I have managed to wrangle my brother to canvass for me in the new year, he is very good, can sell ice to an eskimo.
He is a freelance sales rep.
Speaking to him tonight he reckons he could get me 100 customers in 1 week. cost to me - £400 for wages, £100 for B&B and I have to pick him up from Cardiff!! lol

as I said in my earlier post I do a lot of work in the same area as them and I sure aint bothered,  yes I may lose a couple to them but I'm getting a lot of mine via recommendations.

in the last 12 months a fair pesentage of the customers I picked up said I was more expensive than the previous W/Cs but still accepted my quote and I still clean them and they have even recommended me to others.

I try to provide the best possible service and call each and everyone of them up the night before I clean so I never have problems with access and because they know what day I'm coming they leave the cheque for me so I don't ever need to go collecting and the customers tell me they really like it and it also gets the ones who never see me as they are at work get to chat with me,  all part of the service.



so as I say I aint bothered and I would even stop and say hello to them as I would to any window cleaner.
