You guys are so contradicting!
In furure, never come on this forum complaining when customers ring you wanting the cheapest price!
If I paid the child next door 5 pence she/he could knock me together 500 pieces of loo roll with my business name on.
Cheap print always means one thing, cheap quality, and trust me, carpet cleaning leaflets always look cheap and nasty. With the exeption of the big players who pay for quality.
Send ou sh** and the type of customer you will attract will also be sh**, they see cheap and for this reason they picture you and your oganisation as cheap. The grubby council man with the estate car is a picture they will have in their mind. Their not bothered, they should be able to get the work done for a fiver.
On the other hand if your sh** lands on a quality middle class doormat, they also picture the same thing, grubby man in an estate car. These people buy quality not price, so guess what, your sh** goes straight in the bin.
Quality does costs you a lot more money, but is the key to long-term profitable return and will pay for itself much more than thinking cheap.
