Hi guys,
I'm planning of setting up my own cleaning business working for local councils, where do i start and what do i need to do? Any suggestion will be gratefully appreciated.

councils are very picky about who the work with and have list of contractors they use on regular basis, they dont have people doing one off jobs, they give contractors contracts for lenth of time and those contractors then carry out their jobs, please correct me if i'm wrong. I know all their public availiable tenders can be found on www.publictenders.net
