Cannot understand why that would be relavent to a carpet cleaner for one it looks like a hard floor

perhaps you should post it on the carpet cleaning board and see what type of replies you get 

it would have been funnier if it was a video of a window cleaner stuck in a custies garden because they have gone out and locked the security gate!!  DOH    ;D
oh wait sorry that was you wasnt it Matt lol  perhaps you could go back and ask if they have any CCTV footage of the incident   ;D

at 38 seconds into that clip, I can see stan the man, running in, and low and behold he trys to sneak off with the ladder  ::)
