Hi Creggan ,what part of Ireland are you working in as here in Cork there seems to be a shortage of domestic window cleaners especially with the hot wfp which people love the look of being used on their property, cheers Liam.

Can anyone really say they have not lost a single customer in 3 years...I would love to know that secret.

Dave.

The only work I have lost is commercial.

Debenhams cut the budget by 60% so cut back the work they have done.
Had a barratts shoes that's gone
Clarks down from three cleans to 1 a week.
Plus a few other trimmed down jobs, it's stopped now though, hopefully.

I think often people have a number of shops and when they all look for lower prices some will probably find them.

My dad lost €15k of work annually over the past few months in Cork. Nearly all of it was for small businesses who are now feeling the pinch. He's now targeting residential work for the first time in 20 years!

ive lost the odd one due to them losing their jobs, moving etc and 1 or 2 have gone for 2 monthly instead of monthly but still picking up new custys most weeks.im domestic only and TRAD.Ithink the commercial WCs are losing big chunks of income.more money but a blow if u lose a couple of contracts.ill stay residential ;) ;) ;)
price higher/work harder!
