another newbie question

i'm gonna go trad so no wfp comments please but how do u clean an upstairs window that u cant reach by ladder, say its a porch or a bay window with a pitched roof ? do you put your t bar and squeegee on a extendable pole and clean as best you can or is there a technique ?

i do.usually the best way.finish off by putting my scrim on t bar

nice one mate, do you explain to the customer the finish might not be as good ? not that i'm saying your finish is'nt !!!

practise,i know guys who still cant get it right after years.try it on ground level til its perfect,then its simple off pole

try using a stand off  to get over things in the way porchs etc
