Ive cleaned castle cements a few times subbing from oakley maintenance,

So has laurie,

Its quite a big job.

i cleaned castle cement for 18 years but jacked it in as the safety officer was a real pain in the ass, that baked on cement dust on the 7x and on the top floor veluxe windows could be a real pain some weeks.

cleaning all round clitheroe's a big job with all the crap that comes out of castle.
 ;D

snow everyday there everythings that white

anyone know my uncle dominic 'docker' doyle, does round clitheroe and f.o.bowland. he's old school trad 30 odd yrs at it.

i worked clitheroe and a domestic round in hurst green for about 20 years but never came accross your uncle, i will ask my dad if he knows him hes been cleaning windows since the 1950s and more than likely will know him. Your uncle will probably know george blackburn he had a large round in clitheroe and was old school too his son now does the round i think.
you mentioned you are originally from colne we recently have just started the contract in colne for cleaning the woodheads abbatoir every night its a filthy job.

Ladders are a complete no go on there now so wfp is the only option,

Soaking wet windows with airbourne cement flying everywhere tells its own story :o :o

We used citric acid from by the electrical shop on the ground floor.

with wfp it would be hard and you would have to think out the box to get them clean, it would involve applying the acid by a dema valve and then rinsing with pure water but in my opinion this would be more dangerous than ladders all that citric acid dripping everywhere.
