There is a customer do it yourself estimator in the residential section. 

Unless I'm misunderstanding it they charge 8 dollars a window as their basic charge - Wow!!

They generally have a different cleaning regime over in the States, once a year is the norm I believe.

Alot of the windows have screens which need taking out and cleaning along with the window "tracts".
See it more as a once a year restoration.

  EZ clean: you right, they do not speak English its Americainr. The same as I being South Africain speak Africaans which is like Dutch or even Flemish, but I dont really speak those languages.Its a chip of the old block. Once you see it in right light it will not bug you.
