Yes Ionic do make good looking systems i agree with that the best looking 1`s there are but apart from the Thermopure they also over complicate a simple machine.

Over-engineered to justify the price. I see pics of peoples systems on here & to be honest it just makes me laugh, they look like something from doctor who! I'm sure there must be many ionics customers would cry if only they had the knowlage, not all, but quite a few I would guess!

I agree with most of your post, if customer service is poor, they deserve to loss a couple of customers. But I don't like the "I am not a penny pincher like some" in my opinion if your not conservative with your expenditure your not a good business man/woman.

However I can see how brodex and ionics systems have advantages over DIY kits, but I wouldn't slagg off others for going down the cheaper DIY root, there are plenty of good advantages to that as well.

In this climate it dosen`t surprise me you got an answer but if you`d had rang them 2 years ago you would have been very lucky,i think at last they might be starting to understand the meaning of customer service.

It doent matter who your supplier is or what they are suppling if they agree to call back then they should. too many firms in lots of industrie have poor customer relations and can ultimately pay the price
