Example
based on £1000pcm worked yourself guarantees you £12000 pa
£1000pcm of work sold for £2000 guarantees you £2000 for that round
For the example we are using 1 round - This round either earns you £2000 or £12000
work it yourself the works guaranteed for years - sell it you get £2000 and no guarantee of more custom. You have to hope someone else wants £1000pcm of work from you to get an income where if you kept all the rounds you canvassed you would be able to calculate accurately your turnover/profit/expendature etc on a guaranteed income

Its clear your not business minded you have no idea on your numbers and i definately wont be using or reccommending your services - Good luck anyway

canvass get 1000 of work and get payed 2,5x for it so 2500, if you clean the windows you get paid once till you return again, so do a £10 house you get £10 but he got £25 for that so hows that not a business.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO he will learn it isnt a guarenteed £2000 for a £1000 canvassed. so many cancelations will occur. I worked out over the 6 months i did it for that the overall cancelation rate was near 40 percent. So not worth it, If it was we all would be doing it hey

one round on £1000pcm you would clean that round earning £1000pcm 12x a year if you was cleaning it yourself earning you £12000

If you canvass the round to sell your profit off that round based on £1000pcm is £2000

Round turnover £1000pcm

Clean it - £12000 profit PA
Canvas to sell £2000 profit (One Off Payment)

Short term on paper it looks as he would be better off. if he did the maths long term and kept work and employed or franchised it out it be such a different picture. 5 rounds each earning £6000 a month(top quality rounds) thats 30000 a month before outgoings.I dont employ to that sort of level but say half of that is profit i dont think he will be earning £15000 a month canvassing. If hes a shiner then why wouldnt he be doing it this way???. I was just using an example before you say dream world of 5 rounds at £6000

As a business it makes more sense to go for guaranteed work then one o ff work

Hes trying to tell me and MSTAV who done this before its a viable business but he cant see it himself.
Ryan be honest with yourself mate and look at the possibilities before you throw away a large amount of work for someone esle to reap the rewards
