need help on first commercial work !!!!!!

hey up guys really need your help pricin for first large commercial job!!!!! Its a leisure centre in south yorkshire. There are 200 units to clean 49 are 4m x 1m. 49 3m x 1m. Large . There is a large conservatory passage way included which is awkward had to clean the roof off another roof. Most work will be done wf. I'm think bout 6hrs work what price. I know pictures would but camera broke sorry !!!

6 times your normal hourly rate plus a bit incase it takes longer.

this may sound daft aswell but can i charge more or less for commercal or is it similar???

i think businesses are feeling the pinch at the moment so i think really high prices are out of the window, personally i would price it for a days work,

Commercial is not really work that you can charge more for BUT it tends to be easier to get quicker and quicker at, and you get paid one lump at a time and are on one site working away for longer so less time wasted like domestics, also can clean more flexible in low light, bad weather etc etc So i wouldnt try charge more than normal rate etc but you will find it is better paid if that makes sense :)
