i know its been on here many times,we have just started out.

someone whats there gutters cleaning never done this,what should we charge for a 3 bed house.
and is  it a real pain?

i would have a look in the gutters first see what it like , i have just done two house this past week i charged £120 per house but that's with cleaning the gutters on the outside as well hope this helps

Clean insides only for £90.

i normally charge about £40 each side or £5 or£6 a metre thats for cleaning inside and outside of guttering and clean soffits and fascias. so just for guttering
 you want to i suppose half it. hope it helps

A 3 bed semi, emptying gutters, cleaning gutters/fascia/soffit & downpipes & washing the windows,... I start at €135 and work upwards if the job is awkward or bigger than normal.

i quoted 20 for the gutter only about 20 foot they wanted doing,then 35 for a small lean to,what i wanted was to do there windows,which i got at 14,there old wc was charging 10 but scratched one of there windows,

not bad as we are just starting out

Watch out. I quoted a man yesterday to clean the gutters on TWO sides of a house, for £40, (3 stories!) and he said he was getting another quote that day and would get back to me, if I was the better price.

And I never heard back from the pleb, so don't get yer hopes up.
