Can anyone give me a bit of advise please?
I've just bought a 2nd hand Merlin system and put brand new filters in. The TDS reading was 117 after i had flushed it out for several hours. I've just took it apart and re-instated the filters. But i'm getting a reading for pure water of 235. the tap water reading is 326 whilst the waste water is 356. Im absolutly baffled can anyone shed any light

check the rubber o rings that the membranes are seated in, they could be kinked or damaged, if they are go to a local plumbing center they should have some replacable ones that size.

may sound daft, but are you checking waste or pure?

I am experiencing similar problems with mine, and in my case it's down to low water pressure, so i need to source a suitable pump, or sack it off and buy a hf5, looking to do the latter.

What pressure do you have on your tap?
