hi everyone i'm new to this site. ive been running my own w/c round for a few months and after hours and hours of knocking doors, i have a small domestic round. i'd like to do more commercial work picked up a few shops but struggling to get the attention of any bigger buildings, even the ones that clearly need my services (no intention to under cut any body)
just wondering if someone could give any advice.
cheers

If you see a commercial property in need of a window cleaner pop in and ask them if they'd be interested in a quote.
Otherwise just send out advertising letters to a selected list of potential clients and then call then a week later to ask if they'd be interested or not.
Do this every week and you'll pick a few up.

i know that public library's and other places of a similar nature do. and also buildings that are only done annually.
but im sure that places like hotels that need to be cleaned
regular use the same company every time.
