What I would do Justin,

As you are use to TM's is I would try a Rhino. Even if tis for backup! Obviously TM's will have something over a Porty. Theres got to be right! It costs alot more! So it cant be just marketing.

Try a few machines and compare them. All I would say is for the money which is not alot compared to say - A scorpion.  A Scorpion is £1500 more than the Rhino. So in fact the Rhino offers alot of machine for the money! Rhino £950. with 25 feet hose and floor tool.

I tried Prochem but the power wasnt there. And alot more money. You could go 2nd hand which I was going to do until I found the Rhino!

What I would say is def get 2 hoses, 25 feet each - that you wont need to lug the machine upstairs. Its heavy!

Where are you based Justin?

Don't buy 2nd hand just done that and the machine wasn't performing so it went back to buyer, £950 for a porty is very very good money.

Just to check what psi is it? and what does it come with?

Rhino - 500 PSI - It was a dicounted price as they had a sale!
25 feet hose
floor tool
I also purchased the hand tool by Prochem.

Where - www.aandmcs.co.uk its not on their site so you need to call them

Heres a link of the machines - when I got mine it had MASTERCLEAN on their if that means anything to you Professionals.

http://www.amfcarpetwands.com/index.php?cPath=42

I am also looking for places that sell hoses as I need another 25 feet! But I am looking for the cheapest supplier any ideas chaps.

Hope it helps

Hi Justin,

A bit far away for what I was thinking. I would have said you could take at look at the Rhino I just purchased. So you knew what you were buying,

Are you sure you have a 500psi machine...................the price you're quoting is the 135psi machine price (still good value ) but a 500psi pump on it's own would cost around £500.

%100 even on my quotation from aandm supplies

Phone them and ask, or anyone near can inspect the machine!

Also ordered today inline Presure gauge, 50 feet vac hose and solution hose that then gives me 75 feet.
