had new windows fitted last year and one company what quated had in thier small print that if the glass was scratched and not visable from 8 foot they would not replace it,that cost them the job

Always pays to read the small print, when we had new, we had a couple replaced due to marks in between the double glazing, but it took a lot of "nagging" to get them to do it
