shall i use a fogger ..help!

i there, i have a one off house clean to do, owner been away for 3 years, and the tenants have trashed the house, am going to view the property today
depending on how bad it is , would anyone suggest using a fogger to neutralize any odours, if so, what should i look out for when using one,
my line of thought on using one is to penetrate the paint on the walls mainly, followed by carpet cleaning and good old fashioned scrubing and sanitizing of wood work and surfaces etc. will this do the trick?

I would recommend the use of a thermal fogger as a supplement to, and not as a replacement for thorough cleaning, I use it mainly for smoke damage situations, though have found its use very helpful in dealing with smoke odours caused by tobacco smoke. The principle being that the thermal "fog" particles are so small that they replicate the smoke damage ,thus the product attacks and destroys the source of the odour. My most recent purchase is a petrol powered thermal fogger which was used to fog a tesco supermarket, this was in a thick fog in 18 minutes LOL.
Chemspec at Bradford , who now supply Unsmoke products I have found to be very helpful, and can supply all you need.
