Is it just happening to me or am i constantly re-connecting my pole. Virtually every other time i pull my hose/pole and they come undone.Is there an alternative or is this the norm,it just seems to be happening alot lately.Btw,i have replaced both parts and it keeps on happening!

Have you fitted a protecta ball or something similar to the pole hose side?  When these connectors are new they can accidentally undo very easily.  A protecta ball on the pole hose side will prevent this from happening when pulling along the ground, etc.

I took my balls off 'cos they seemed to catch on everything. Now my connector dis-connects instead. So, Alex is right the balls do help.

I had that with easy snap connectors with them coming apart and they didn't last 5 minutes so went back to the pro connectors so much better i think.
