VW Transporter T30 (T5) 102 with 650 litres of water is good for 90+mph alledgedly.

My T4 can hit 100 mph with 400 L on it , only 88 bhp too .

I've managed to get 70mph out of a battery run milkfloat by putting it into neutral and letting it coast freely (out of control) down a steep hill when I was a young child.
