Just read the reel one: how odd    threads arent about popularity levels, if it 'doesnt seem' to have caught anyones imagination it sure as hell wont locked.

I closed because the question I asked was not understood, my fault, sometimes you know what you want to say/ask but it dosen't come out right. There seems little point continuing a thread when the author either feels the question is answered or not going to be answered.

Maybe more should lock them as that would stop having to trawl through so much drivel.

Sunshine, I dont think people like to have their thinking on pricing challanged as it would mean that they have to consider that they may not be right in their previous assumptions. I think you asked the question fine. 

Surely the customer is the judge on overpricing. It;s a bit like the old saying "if you get every job you quote you are too cheap" but the other way around if you get a fair share of what you price then your customers obviously consider your service to be of value. (unless you live on an Island that has a ban on more than one window cleaner and a law against dirty windows.............otherwise known as utopia)
