The most common problem I get is custys promising to move furniture and vacuum but they never do. It just adds on so much time to the job.

I vac anyway, but if she has done it beforehand thats even better (but I still vac) 2 vacs is better than 1.

I sometimes feel like adding on an extra £30 for moving furniture etc.   but I know my competitors dont charge so it would be suicide (I think).

Do you charge for moving furniture? (Im not talking heavy items, as I leave them where they are, unless Im doing a full all over clean and Ive charged for it,  just the small items that the custy CAN move prior to our arrival).

Moving furniture can be a pain, but most of the time its just slipping sticky tabs under it and moving to one side and then back again
