Guys,

I know Billy has been collecting some donations for Johns family and I would like us to all get involved in this, whatever you can afford.

As in Billy's post can you make the cheques out to Michelle Gregory but instead, send them to her Father who is John Morgan as he and Michelle's brother (Gavin) are dealing with the financial affairs so as not to burden Michelle.

Anyone wishing to add a written note or card is welcome to do so.

I realise that some can afford more than others but do at least send something as I know John has no life cover so lets do what we can.

Dave Lee is also taking care of the van and equipment and will be advertising this for sale shortly on all the forums.

i'll be going into town friday to get a card and i'll include a  cheque. john was a nice bloke, its the least i can do. i still feel down about it so i can't imagine how his wife and kids are feeling.

We need to shift his gear and get a fair price for it. Dave Lee should be putting a post on here with all the details.

He has a database that may have some value and perhaps Roger can have a look at it. Is he back from his hols yet? Just thought that maybe you local guys can work something out between you. If you need any help on analysing that I can help but Roger will be more than up to that task I'm sure

Please find below a copy of an email I have sent to Prochem, Hydramaster, Alltec, Woodbridge, Amtech, Cleansmart, and Chemspec (the latter did not get through). Can we all send this same email to all our suppliers even if I have already sent it.

Don't just sit on it, do it. We can really help here so don't be lazy and push for some help for Johns family. If you don't you should be ashamed of yourself. Sorry but that is how it is. I have not sent it to John and Lynn because I know they will contribute without asking. They have alreay written off an invoice of John's

Dear all

I am writing to ask for your generosity in helping out John's family in their time of
need.

As most of you will know, John died last weekend in a tragic accident whilst attending a
workshop of skills sharing related to our industry. John has a wife and two children and
unfortunately no life insurance.

We can do little to ease the pain and suffering of his family but we can perhaps help a
little with the practical side of things.

A large number of carpet cleaners are sending cheques to his family to help them out at
this difficult time and as a, no doubt, customer of yours at some time or another we
would urge you to do the same.

Cheques can be made out to Mrs Michelle Gregory and sent to her father who is John Morgan
at 39 Haslemere Road, Urmston, Manchester, M41 6HB.

I have copied in gavin Morgan who is Michelle's Brother and I make no apologies for
whoring the situatuation in this way as this is much more important than that. I know
times are tight but think of how things will be for John's family as I know we all are.
