i own/run a window cleaning company but due to the credit cruch i have had to diversify and offer other services which includes carpet cleanng. i bought a extracter machine from extracta whith a scrubber delux, also paid for the chemical starter pack at nearly 300 notes. anyways, i havent used it on a customers carpets as i am too scared as i done a one day course 6 years ago and have forgot alot. can anyone tell me a good course to go on or can anyone give me some on site experience. i live in south shields which is near newcastle and would be willing to travel and work free of charge.
