That machine has a very low powered pump and only holds 7 / 8 litres which would put it in the Numatic George league or thereabouts.

If you want to talk value for money but with reasonable capacity, 135 psi pump and well made the Sabrina Maxi represents excellent value and is capable of achieving a decent result

Can't compete with triple vac's and has less grunt than Mike's ninja but compared to the hygicare machine it's no contest

I would seriously consider the Ninja if I were you

The link is "broke", but to be honest at £440 I could not recomend as a main machine - spotter maybe - and thats without seeing it!

The machine Mike is selling is the same Ninja that we have but ours doesnt have the solvent kit.  The pump is only 135psi however it does have a higher flow rate this compensates for the lower psi of the pump.  I have cleaned some pretty minging carpets with ours & have some really good results.

Cheers Ryan
At the moment I am still thinking of taking the prochem route, which comes complete with a one day training course. So far though have had no feedback as to how good the Prochem machines are. Probably looking at the sx2100 powermax to kick off, any thoughts?

Hi Eddie

Prochem machines are reliable but the range is a bit limited, howver not a bad starting machine.

Are you going for one of two vacs, the latter will give you much better performance.

Cheers

Doug

I started of with a powermax and still use it for top floor flats ect its a good porty if you buy it you will still have to buy the heat & run heater to and thats about £400 if you can afford it you are better buying the Powerflight 1350 its a great porty with plenty of heat and psi.

Hi Darren
Do you have to have the heater or can you just use hot water.

Eddie on some jobs you do there wont be any hot water and even if there is hot water if you have the Heat & Run on it makes the water a lot hotter at the wand.

Eddie

Mentally you have already bought the Powermax, you just don't know it yet.

Just get it and get going or you will be dithering still in July just in time for the summer holiday slump.
