People have tried cleaning their own windows with a squegee and have then realised its not as easy as it looks and then in turn dont mind paying someone who has the knack of a squegee to do it but when people see someone cleaning their windows with a big brush with water they think wow what the hell am i paying someone £7-£20 to walk round my house for 5-10 minutes with a brush and some water because lets face it a monkey could use wfp

I clean the windows on a department store 3 times a week and in the early spring the sun shines through and they look less than perfect. The sunlight is very unforgiving.
If a customer has in issue they will always tell you if your relationship with them is good.
Don't worry too much. It's got to be better than going around with a smelly bucket of water, full of dirt from off all the other houses' windows.  ;D
Oh no what have I said!
Wait for it!

it annoys me when you have to do the insides as then you really see how good/bad the outside is, and i spend ages going outside to redo edges and stuff :( But like you lot say its prob just me that spots it as i never have complaints :)

Had on last week first time in ages and it was from when we had that really hot weather a few weeks ago and i must ve left something that really got shown up in the sun light - only bad thing about good weather!!

Its no good just saying there are spots. You have to identify the spots and where they come from.

Typical example - A run of small white spots going vertically down from the top. This is a typical drip mark from the frame above the glass. It also indicates the frame is slightly milky.

In my experience (3 years now) most marks are caused by drips off the frame and the paint breaking down.
