Twice, and on both occassions couldn't understand a bleeding word they were saying.

There used to be a boat moored on the Clyde called the Tuxedo Princess...got really really really p1$$ed on it with a load of mates (all up from London for the weekend). Seemed to remember drinking massive amounts of "Goldies" and being copiously sick staggering back to my hotel.

The locals seemed friendly enough provided you handed out a few sweets and coloured beads

just read this, i am sorry doug felt he had to leave cleanitup, mind you it has never been the most supportive of forums for window cleaners, i know some of you lads are probably just having a laugh and a bit of banter (which i know doug enjoys and gives out ) but i have to concede that cleanitup is a forum for those that buy into the pecking order scheme. ie my way is better than your way etc, and when comments or retorts to a comment seems to be better than the ones you/I post then it becomes a kind of a competition to out do each other with even better put downs or sarcy comments, its a cleanitup thing, it seems to thrive on that element and i dont see that mentality changing anytime soon. all the "other forums seem to exist to help and inform newbies and fellow window cleaners with genuine concerns/questions but cleanitup can never claim that...a few exceptions maybe, but on the whole its a posers lounge....am i one?....dunno.

Do you have to be a member to view threads if so how is Doug going to see all your posts, unless he left and rejoined with a new name to see the replys

Yes you do must be security leak in the chat forum
you cannot highlite DASERVICES name and its down as guest dont see a option for guest
