Im sure this is good news to all the NCCA members who do pay the membership fee in order to carry the logo.
The only thing is Joe the amount of cleaning companies carrying the NCCA logo and then using staff with no qualifications whatsoever, this imo is where the problems occur, the NCCA should spot check all members to make sure that they are adhering to the correct procedures, maybe then they would be taken more seriously and gain more members.

Blimy Mark, the police cant see to all the reports of misdemeanors they get, and look at the staffing levels and the costs!
Elsewhere in the NCCA Newslink it says "One member was concerned that several non-members are using the NCCA logo in his area and wondered why we were doing nothing about it. I was able to confirm that the office team take the strongest action against any non-members who claim to be NCCA members. However, we rely on feedback to report offenders to the office. The office team simply does not have the resources to check all advertisers in the UK."
I got to agree with what June Frankum said (NCCA President).
The government bodies encourage you and I to whistle blow on benefit cheats, for example.
How do you feel about them? You are paying in taxes for their cheated benefits. Would you or would you not tell on them?
Same with misuse of NCCA logo, members are paying for the NCCA to be in operation so would you have any reasons why not telling on others who want a free ride - benefitting from your expense.
