To be hounest it all depends on what kind of domestic it is, you will have to take a walk through the lot before even thinking of getting that loan. AND if your a guy that like his professional look, then you will also have to meet the staff before to make sure they fit your code otherwise if they are a bunch of Chavs/pikeys or whatever and you need to re-employ then thats something to think about!

might be blocks of apartments, which I have seen myself knock off 6 per hour, at £6/£7 each. I wouldn't call that peanuts.

i would!

Your water fed pole though, you have to make a good bit more sales to clear the same profit as a trad  ;)

i wouldn't know? is that why you all drive old estates because of over heads? ;D

You couldn’t do it, that’s my point.  ::)

i could do it with a 100k but there is no point! ::)

LOL, I said you couldn’t do it, now you are telling me you can do it if you only had a £100’000, but there’s no point because you don’t know how to make it work anyway.

You see what I am getting at?

that you have trouble talking straight and i need an enigma to work it out?

OK, I will simplify.

People always say I can do this.

The only way you can back up your statement is to have 6’000 customers or more.

It’s not complicated is it, nor is it rocket science.   ;D

which statement?

Hi,

The average price for a house does seem very low, but I know a lot of them are on big runs togerther. But still I think i'm beginning to see the light! Maybe best to do a lot more research first.

Cheers,
