To be hounest it all depends on what kind of domestic it is, you will have to take a walk through the lot before even thinking of getting that loan. AND if your a guy that like his professional look, then you will also have to meet the staff before to make sure they fit your code otherwise if they are a bunch of Chavs/pikeys or whatever and you need to re-employ then thats something to think about!

I drive a nice wee kangoo myself, but I wouldnt say its any dearer or cheaper that an estate, or thats its get the windows cleaner, either as supposed to me driving up in a van.

The average price for a house does seem very low, but I know a lot of them are on big runs togerther. But still I think i'm beginning to see the light! Maybe best to do a lot more research first.
