i doubt it very much its just 1, because they have been in there the same time,
you could dissconect the outputs of each menbrain look for reduced flow and test tds each membrain
from what youve said its def the membrains just change them will be like new

Clogged pre filters can also cause low output so it may not be the membranes.

I know because it has happened to me in the past. I bought a new 40 inch membrane costing well over £200 and replaced the old one and there was no improvement. Then I spent £20 ish on a set of new filters and it worked a treat. So lesson learned.

I would never buy a 2nd hand RO because you have no idea of how good the filters and membranes are. You can buy a decent new 300 GPD one for under £130.00 nowadays.

I would try taking each of the prefilters out and run the RO to see what happens. Running it for a few minutes won't really harm it. You have nothing to lose by trying this.

Try it. I hope it is just the prefilters.

visited a guy gary on here who gave me advise and help,  Had some new membranes come today so i changed them got the tds down to 003 and producing a litre of tds 000 every 90 seconds with the booster so now filling my 1000l IBC tank.  Have ply'd and seal van so tomorrow will fit & fill tank and fit pump and controller and give it a blast.   Also made my DIY harris pole today well chuffed all in all.  The best thing was went to a garden centre after picking up my leisure battery at a bargin of £70 for a 110ah to get submersable pump for IBC tank and told the bloke what it was for and he asked for a business card cause the aint got a W/C so brill.

So to everyone who has help me with problems and advise I owe a HUGE thanks cause its all come together now
