11.10 wow, im 5'8 and 13.5 = but still fit, done 30 miles mountain biking friday, did some again today in peak district, and go gym at least once a week, usually 2- 3 though, and still do a lot of trad, but just seem to stay on heavy side, but i do like my beer and food so it all evens out! I should be 11 ish on them charts in docs that have height/weight.. but seems a bit skinny for me, im quite broad

atlast i think i win something  20 s 13 pounds and 5ft 11 . , but going down bit by bit was a stone heavier 2 weeks ago. cut down on beer.

I'm 6ft 6" and 16 stone.

I wouldn't say I'm overweight - But do have a few beers in my belly (when I breathe out) :)     Could do with toning up a little I suppose  :-\

I went to the barbers this morning dean and got talking to a guy I know who was also in there having his barnet cut, mega fit, runs for England, marathons all over the world.

I decided to get up into my unit, where my gym is and start a new regime.

I am sitting here now - I haven't trained and I am enjoying a Rum and Coke

haha, sounds like me , i started a new regime at start of year , gym 3 times a week bla bla, down to once now, and that one time is now usually - just missed it oops, that makes 0 this week :)

I am sticking to my mountain bike training though, did 2 rides at weekend, i think my problem is if i dont have fun doing it, i wont do it :)
