Have any of you guys had the 'contract' for the married quarters in HQ NI (Lisburn Barracks)?

I remember being on guard duty there around 1993 and being 'spammed' to supervise two rough looking window cleaners who were cleaning the in-barracks officer married quarters.

What a boring job that was.

I was mostly narked when they stopped for lunch; and I just had to hang-about, with my rifle, waiting for them to get back on with it; when I'd rather be back in the 'warm'; watching videos in the guardroom.

But those guys definately had their own patch; no messing there; there was no chance of any other window cleaners canvassing their barrack area; not with all the security you had to get through to get into the barracks.

Can any of you recommend a good insurance company (van) Tried A Plan - they dont cover Northern Ireland  :o  Tried Tesco commercial and it was double the cost of my current insurer Zurich through Alexander Swan. Its due on the 12th and I just wanted to compare costs.
