Hi, is the battery charged? If so, wire the pump direct to the battery if it runs its the controller at fault.

Ian.

1... battery.  Is it charged?   Answer = yes try:

1..  check connections. Sometimes those "snap close" connectors can work loose. Try squeezing them with pliers.

2.. Try DIRECTLY wiring pump to battery. If it works it's the controller at fault.

3 If it doesn't work it's the pump.

Just thought I would help the PF tech help above along  ;D   ;D

I had a problem with no power.

Turned out to be a lose wire that had worked free. This was inside the controler. You would have never seen it. I was just fiddling with all the wires and zoom away it went. The clip connector had opened up slightly causing the problem.

Is the pressure switch wired in. When they go they give exactly the same symptoms.

I don't under stand this bit> if i connect with power off the light does not come on.
Because if the power is Off the light cant come on  ???
Have you got a multimeter ? If so try using it on the Eco Flow ,to see if it sends a reading when turned on and off. It should show what the power is doing.

I mean when I take the pump off it works, and if I add the pump when the poswer is on in eco flow it stops working,

if the pump works ok when directly connected to battery and the light comes on the eco flow when pump is disconnected,

sounds like the eco flow is faulty(have you got it wet?) or a wire is shorting out somewhere, maybe worn and touching metal between battery and eco flow

I have looked at there is brown mark on ecoflo case been there for over a year, so maybe water got in as the tank lid from when i got the system has leaked.

Thats for the reply, Will get another one ordered
