backpack split

my son bumped our shurflo backpck .it now has hairline fracture in bottom corner .leaking badly .any ideas how to repair it .before i do a botched up job thanks guys

I dont know anything about backpacks but would silicone do it?

Same thing happened to mine last year. I put a piece of used chewing gum over hole from inside. Hasn't leaked since.

I threw mine over a 4storey balcony. Too much hassle. ;D It completely fell to bits when it landed on a trade waste bin below. ;D

I've used something similiar and it worked fine; I plugged it from the inside; just make sure it's nice and dry before applying any filler type stuff.

I threw it because the pump was forever sticking using hot water , too much hassle carrying that weight up the service lift and it was too slow to work with. Can't beat a van mount.

No wonder people get fed up with being on cleaning forums too long, everybody just criticises, whinges, moans, takes life too seriously. There's a life outside window cleaning. It's just a job to pay the bills to enjoy life ;D

Try Milliput......works a treat......I got a BP tank nearly made of it!!!!!

funny enough david .called in our local hardwarestore .no epoxy resin .but they reco mmended  milliiput .which i bought did u put on outsideof split or inside or dosent it matter thanks
