Top 3 Wash Systems 2009
« on: January 29, 2009, 07:45:48 pm »
Competition time!

Things have moved on in the last few years and I’m not sure how differently I would do things… however starting now and only focusing on wash systems I wanted to ask which van mounted ready built system to use on commercial jobs would you rate as the best.

I’d like to get a feel for the top 3 systems that you use or have used.

Keep in mind the main parts such as the Tank, Filters, Pump, Hose, Brush and the Extra Bits that complete a system for you.

For my sins I have an Ionic Pro 5 but there is the streamline at Wintecs or the Inter Loc Tanks System from window cleaning warehouse and many many others.

So who is the best of the best?

Cheers
Mac

I have to agree on looks concept20 win hands down. market leader I would say Ionics.

use of system there are loads of others Pure freedom, excel etc and all do the same job.

concept will have the lower running cost as it is on demand.

The question asked for the best, not the cheapest.

I believe my system is better because the reel is mounted over the tank and i have the auto wind in. The suppliers have a little catching up to do.

Granted my system looks like a bag of nails and it's not crash test secured etc.

one point i would make, although many have ionics, i can't remember one single forum member with a concept.

I saw a concept the other day as it happens and your van does look like a bag of nails a very untidy bag at that,i hope your mind is not the same you know what they say. ;D

but i really think if you have a good knowledge of systems and contacts with have in a frame made i would rather build my own, there is bits to a lot of systems i like but there is the dislikes so take the good bit and make the perfect system for your needs, i dont mean a basic diy job,

Ionics for me. One salt backwash a week, nothing ever to do to it other that re-fill and everyday 0 tds. I would definately stay with Ionics.

You saw the display van you numpty, all watery type bubbles on the graphics wrap and if you'd seen inside you wouldn't know what you were looking at.
Although i'm not as anti ionic as some it's easy to see why they rub people up the wrong way. Talk about wash and preach.

Everyones entitled to their opinion. Ive had my system since March 08 and as pereviously stated - no problems. Don't know why everyone is so anti Ionics?
